Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and implement access controls to protect your information. Driver documents are stored in encrypted S3 buckets with restricted access.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Booking records are retained for 3 years for business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us.

Under California law (CCPA), you have the right to:
